An OTS-compliant, bar-based theme. Uses Layercuts.dll, so this theme does require WIN2000 or WINXP. CONTAINS NO SCRIPTING!!! (Amazing, huh?) It's pretty simple behind the facade: Top-bar can be on-top or duck under your apps, and the lower-bar can be made to disappear entirely. 4 VWM's, typical shortcuts for OTS-E-vars, Winamp controls, date/time clock, and LSXCommand. Configuration popup via SHIFT+LCLICK. Original wallpaper not included to reduce file size, but can be downloaded from this site (link forthcoming).

This is just all-around sweet. Tight, gorgeous, and works like a dream. I prefer the themes that don't have as many bells and whistles, but still look nice, and that is where this one definitely fits the bill.
It's pleasing to the eye. Everything is readable. Fonts are crisp, clean, and the sysTray works! (big shocker) I love the way you hid all the little buttons in the corners, though I probably should have figured out just what the "Chemotherapy" button did before I pushed it.
Amazing work.
