Update of my OTS1 LS theme to the newer standard. This is my first attempt at an OTS2 theme, so downloaders please keep me posted on how (or if) it installs.
Wallpaper not included, and hopefully no assembly required.
Tho I've switched from Litestep to Blackbox some two years back, this is one of the best-ever themes, true to the old LS spirit. Great work, mrbiotech. A fav well deserved!
I'd actually reverted to the OTS1 build, just so I could use the original NonDisjunction, Singularity, and Prion. So right now, I'm just about beside myself in joy.
Technical things - I couldn't get it to install via the Theme Installer. It made it all the way up to the actual installation step, and then I got this error.
root directory of theme found: [NonDisjunction]
theme.rc found: [NonDisjunction\theme.rc]
in personal.rc, OTSCfgMajorVersion = 2
in personal.rc, OTSCfgMinorVersion = 0
--> OTSCfgVersion = 2.0
ERROR: complete OTS version info. not found in theme.rc, exiting
theme was not installed
When I unzipped manually and refreshed the themes list, it installed like a dream. All modules downloaded perfectly, and it runs like a dream.
Any chance that Prion is coming for OTS2 any time soon? Or not even soon?

We know whose "brainchild" deviantART truly was. Do not think we do not remember...

Brihana25, you're very kind in your comments! I'll see what I can do about the initial install problem. Biggest mistake I made was not renaming the ZIP to LSZ. Next version will be smoother, I promise.
Glad everything installed well after that. I've been having a problem getting LS to run immediately when I log on, lately. Have to enter the taskmanager, kill LS and then restart it. Then it runs/installs/functions fine.
Provided I get this OTS2 install perfected, Prion shouldn't be much further behind. I'll try to get you a beta of the OTS2 version to see if the same problem occurs.
I've been having some issues with hanging too lately - it happens on startup, sometimes during theme switching, and sometimes during color changing. I've found that 90% of the time, it's jamptoo doing it. Unfortunately, I don't even begin to know enough about modules to figure out why... but that's almost always shows up as "Not Responding" when I hang up.
I'd be positively thrilled to beta test the OTS2 Prion for you. I can't wait, actually.

yuo want feedback well all right let's start from and end:
Yuo say that yuo dont like making theme's in ots2 format. I have a suspision that the ots2 format dont like yuo either after what I have experienced with this theme.
1: the theme upload yuo have do manually.
2: when yuo do it functions ok.
3: but when yuo close yuo machine down and later start's it up yuo dont get longer than to the logon screen the machine wont start when it uses this theme.
4. I have been looking after the wall at the link you put forward cant find it anywhere.
5. I suggest yuo maybee devote some time after fixing the bug's in this theme updating yuor windowsblind skin to go both with yuo other theme's and this theme "Nondisjuntion".
That will say a green and blue version off the windowblind or maybee a skin which can switch between the colours (red, green & blue).
I think many user's off yuo litestep theme's really would appreciate that.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
